Place an order over $179 to get free shipping within the continental US.  Please note - Closeouts, Xerox products and customization costs are not eligible for free shipping.  These costs will be subtracted from the total when calculating for free shipping.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your Paperworks account, and find the track shipment button near your order.

Orders placed before 3pm ET Mon-Fri will ship out same day. Orders placed outside these times will ship the following business day. If your item is backordered, you will receive an email same day.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks, PayPal, purchase orders or credit cards over the phone.

Yes. All products have a “purchase a sample” button on their main page. Please keep in mind, you can only get samples of 8.5x11 sized paper. They are $5 for a 5 sheet sample pack. Samples are non-refundable and do not have tracking information as they are shipped US Mail.

- If you place your order before 3pm EST, it will ship out the same day. We ship out of Rhode Island, therefore all of New England ad New York City and its close suburbs can expect next day business delivery with FedEx Ground.
- Otherwise, you can choose your FedEx shipping option at checkout.

Yes. Just click “use my FedEX account” at checkout. Please provide your account number and preferred shipping time. Please make sure to use a valid FedEx number, if not the order will not ship.

We ship using FedEx. This means, you can use Ground, 2nd day air and next day air.

CT, MA, RI tax exempt customers please fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate to 800-333-5768 or email to store@paperworks.com to setup your account as so. Note: All other states will not be charged tax, therefore no need to fax us your information.
